We cannot install flash twrp for your phone because the phone doesn't go to the bootloader.
you wanted to root the phone
power off the phone.............
press volume down,power button,home button..............
choose English,then Install from SD card ,fileroot.zip,ok............
done..............
its rooted.reboot the phone..............
to check weather it's rooted or not
take the phone dial...*#808#
go to the option " root status"
then it shows root success
